I have the same sad vision.
No hope from mainstream science to accept LENR before it fund mainstream
labs with millions, hit the dow Jones.

The real point is to let a chance to businessmen to see
the opportunity around LENR.
The problem with patho-skeptical trolls is not that you cannot convince
them in any way, it is that they may convince naive and uninformed rational
innovators not to look at LENR.

I don't expect any businessman to believe in LENR as-is, but they can dump
LENR without looking.
What I home is that innovators look at that domain as a controversy, where
they have to get answers. Then they will call people, read papers, meet
people, and finally ask for private tests...

If a MY is terrorizing the open minds with zerodoubt it is fraud, it may
block some hope of fast innovation.

this is why each pathologic claim should be criticized, with of course no
hope to convince the patho-skeptics... but it will question the open
minds...
