It is difficult to believe that Rossi has this concern. What prevented one of the testers bringing a small spectrum analyzer to the test that would pick up this information by radiation?
Does anyone have direct information that Rossi prevented observation of the wall socket waveforms? The trouble is even with a low-pass filter I think you might see the waveform of the control on the scope if it is RF. I've certainly seen this with HFAC without the scope even being connected. Rossi would probably have to do an NDA to allow a scope when the control is operating depending on what the control is actually doing. Best regards, Jack
