While reading this add I lamented over the fact of just how hard it has
become for employers dealing with the ravages of attrition who are then
forced to seek out new employees with just the right kind of skill-set and
work ethic. There just aren't that many institutions that teach these kinds
of skills. I suspect certain kinds of family-run businesses may be the only
game in town. Perhaps they should start a franchise.
