Blacklight has increased the kinetics of the hydrino reaction enormously by 
running a very short (1 msec) and very high
current ( 10000 A) pulse through a solution of water and for instance Cu CuO. 
About 25-50% of the hydrogen present is transfered into H1/4.
The energy release is 50MJ/mol H2 when all H2 is transformed to (H1/4)2

The significance of the solarcel demo is not trivial:
We all know that X rays, gamma rays or light coming from e.g firecrackes (which 
is mainly infrared) can not be efficiently used to produce electricity 
by using commercial solar cells.
The blacklight SF-CIHT reaction produces a lot of visibile bright light with 
the same spectrum of light coming from the solar corona.
This is not coincidental bcs it is very likely that the by blacklightpower 
discovered reaction is the same reaction which takes place in the solarcorona 
which is responsible for the unexplained high temperature.

The energy of the SF-CIHT cell is released by kinetic energy and photons.
The produced plasma can be used to produce electricity by a MHD reactor.
The photons can be transformed to electricity with a efficiency of 15-20% in 
commercial solarcells. Multilayer solar cells will be even better with a 
efficiency of 30-40%.

BlackLight Power is about to be swept into the dustbin of history. In a year or 
less, a workable LENR product will be demonstrated as a preproduction 
prototype. This should cut the legs out from under  their investor base who 
have been so cruelly abused  over these many years and that has propped up the 
BLP fantasy for far too long.

The clock is ticking, their time is short, their fate is set, and their end is 
near. As an anathema to the quantum world, the fantasy that is the hydrino will 
be a fiction of the past and forgotten as the wondrous quantum causes of LENR 
are patently explained by serious and innovative scientific methods and 
top-notch research.
