It does not matter who he is. We do not need to trust his words. His conclusions about the flow rate were independently confirmed by people from NI and by others. Hadjichristos himself admitted there was a "problem" with the flow rate. He did not say the problem makes zero liters look like 1 L/min, but other people confirmed this. There is no question about it.
