I don't think he is just "batty, not in a good way", nor it is funny to
tell people to lock up their daughters. He is not a rapist, he won't do
anything against anyone wishes.  I think he is sick and should look for
professional help, and not only take hallucinogenic drugs in crack pot
ceremonies.
