Frank,
Don't despair. You have more impact than you realize.
Your work gets people thinking. It only takes one person to make that first big discovery before you get the credit you deserve. It may not happen this year but it could.
Don't give up the good work.
Jones
Thank you Jones. I've gone off so far in my own direction that noone seems to understand me. It started a Power Gen when I saw CETI's preheater. I thought thermal vibrations at 1 exp 14 hertz have something to do with cold fusion. Later I found out that 50 nm particles work best for cold fusion. The product is one megahertz-meter. Later on a visit to NASA Marshall I found that Potleknov was stimulating 1/3 of meter disks at 3 megahertz. Again the product was one megahertz-meter. I believe that this constant describes the process of Quantum transition. I applied it to the atom about two years ago. It worked. This story is in chapter 10 of my home page.
This week I had another breakthrough. I have found that the one megahertz-meter relationship applies to the process of photon ejection. The story is in the linked chapter under the title of "The Spectral Intensity" page 11.

I keep applying the same idea to different conditions. Every stone I look under I find something else. There must be something to the concept.
