In a physics class I took a few years ago the professor remarked,� "If anyone ever unravels the mystery of wave particle duality they will be famous."� I believe I have done this.� This work stands alone and is an important in its own right.� The leads and clues I needed to get this far came from the cold fusion community.� The phenomena of cold fusion has revealed the path (process) of� quantum transition.�
As before the relationship between the energy and frequency of a photon� E=hf was determined with a constant derived from the observation of cold fusion experiments.
