Terry - This meteorite is well documented. Fell in France 100 years ago. Louis Pasteur himself got first crack at it and found biological material. Chemical/isotopic analysis shows it to be astroid belt material, not an old rock blown of the ancient earth - unless maybe we allow Tiamat to count as "earth"? :)
