The natural gamma photon (> 1.02 Mev) Electronium breeder sources; 1.46 Mev (potassium 40),
1.76 Mev (Bismuth 214 from Radon) and 2.62 Mev (Thallium 208 from Radon) suggests
that stable Argon 40 and even Oxygen in contact with these radioisotopes, or Oxygen or
Argon in the atmosphere (~1%) exposed to cosmic ray gammas could contain the
Electronium particle.

Which also suggests that most of Mills' "hydrino catalysts" might contain Electronium
in their electron clouds.

If I recall correctly the alkali and alkaline metals are the most active.
