This suggests that the activation inverts its relative phase characteristic. If water flows into a glass then air flows out, etc. Presumably the un-activated deuterium is at negative pF, the activated deuterium is at positive pF. (see Infinite Energy, Vol 8, 1ssue 46, pp. 28-33, 2002) Frank Grimer
