I can't imagine what it means that they're charging 0.00250 c/kWh for "conservation". /////////////// That's the cost they have to add to make up for your using less energy (grin). Hey, at least they put real meters in, now if only they'd charge you spot prices rather than a fixed rate you could actually adjust your usage to save money. K.
