Oh come now! Surely you realize the laws of thermodynamics indicate that any kind of perpetual motion machine is impossible. This is one of the most fundamental tenets of physics. A perpetual motion machine would not merely "rock" physics, it would annihilate it.


Perhaps this is a joke, but in any case that same "yawn" reaction on the part of wannabe PM inventors -- the "no big deal" syndrome -- gets them into trouble with scientists. They do not even understand why their claims are so difficult to believe.
