In general, we find that a synthetic felt wipe-on delivery system
combined with a liquid toning agent provides the best results for such
an issue. Pre-packaged toning systems suitable for blending in areas of
chlorotic dermis can be found at most 5&10's (should you be lucky enough
to live near one) as well as most stationary stores. One brand which
is widely available and which provides long-lasting coverage is commonly
sold under the name of "Magic Marker".
Be sure to choose a tint which harmonizes with your natural coloring;
like a bad haircut, a bad "marker job" can take a painfully long time to
wear off.
