Yeah, well, with reference to my most recent post, 
if electrons and protons charging around in a high 
pF cavity can be considered a plasma [or even a 
plamsa ;-) ] then I would agree with you. 

Incidently, your typo made me realise that Plasma 
is an anagram of "a Psalm"
