The artic permafrost release of methane clathrates seems to have most intelligent people rightfully concerned, but what can be done to make lemonade from this? Is this a harvestable fuel supply that can be channeled into fuel cells to generate electricity? Seems there is enough of it to solve our energy concerns if it can be tapped in such a manner....
