I'm not sure I agree (we rarely do). If your goal is to simply make and filter hydrinos for production purposes, it should be a lot easier than capturing and converting the UV energy. As an aside, I was surprised that you were the same age as Jones. God only knows how old Fred and Horace are. Are we all "Grumpy Old Men"? (My three lovely grandchildren call me "Grump Grump")
