All you are saying here is that the approaching cold front pushes
the warm air out of the way.
That's true, what you appear to miss is that the cold front has a
*low* pressure region behind it, and the warm air that is being
pushed away resides in a *high* pressure region. This is the way
it is in reality, and is also a direct contradiction of the
current consensus on the creation of high and low pressure
systems.
