Furthermore, note that this has nothing to do with the project on my website, which is based around a totally different mechanism. Also, you missed something. ;) The project on my website should produce a device with a highly controllable power output, ideal for load following. A dynamic range of a 100 or so should easily be achieved. ...but it's all "vapor-ware" at the moment. The cost depends on whether one has to pay people to do it, or can indeed find an interested group. I found a couple of interested engineers, and signed them up, then they disappeared into the woodwork, and contribute nothing.
