Hopefully he will find a suitable collaborator or contractor to design and implement an in-situ charged particle sensor. Perhaps the critical components can be designed by a team of LENR observers with suitable expertise and then sent to a fab to make according to spec. If there is a lot of uncertainty about what will be needed, maybe a series of low-cost iterations will be a good starting point. Eric
