Mills supporters will also claim that BLP gets greater than COP of 1.5.

 

My answer to that is that this paper is featured prominently on their site, and 
must have their blessing. It comes from an independent observation.

That sounds a lot like COP of 1.5 to me…

In saying: there are at least two dozen top notch experiments confirming this – 
and they are generally the best-of-the-best experiments in LENR, Rossi 
notwithstanding. (AR got about 1.5 also)… what I should have clarified was 
this: “top notch experiments which ran for many days with power levels above 
the one watt level.” This includes notably Thermacore, Mills and P&F’s hero
