Axil, nice citation! I like the use of nano engineered holes in the Casimir plates, perhaps a method of self assembly could produce these geometries in aligned arrays – It kind of eliminates the difficulty DiFiore et all had with seeking gravitational anomalies in the early 2k with stacked cavities.. although Mansouryar is seeking macroscopic transversable wormholes, he mentions [snip] Even if within researching on FTL methods of communication, the related by-products could lead to rapid (not necessarily FTL) ways of transporting humans[/snip]- I think this statement also pertains to anomalous heat where the Casimir doorways are simply not aligned, although vectors of spatial contraction cancel out in Ni powder because they are unaligned the individual cavities can still unbalance “equal and opposite” reaction wrt gas atoms passing thru these regions. This unbalancing of “equal and opposite” reactions is the basis for Shawyer type drives.. whether you ascribe temporal effects[relativistic] or just an additional 4th dimensional spatial axis unobservable to us in a sort of 3d “flatland” analogy makes no difference – if you can use this additional axis to unbalance the 3d world we live in you have the basis for an “inertialess” drive – at least it will appear inertialess from our perspective but IMHO the gas atoms in these regions either have to become older or they have to perform endless reversible reactions based on changes in vacuum density. Kind of like a perpetual motion machine exploiting 2 different gravity wells without the expense of transporting the device back and forth. Fran
