Creating an inventory of Fractional Lithium f/Li+I met Philippi Hatt at
ICCF-19. He had a poster presentation. His ideas for the subject models can
be found as pdf documents at the following links:

His models do a pretty good job at predicting the rest masses of protons and
neutrons as well as magnetic moments (and angular momentum) of various
particles. I believe his predictions are quite a bit better than any other
current theories'.

He relates electron mass and energy to the the neutron and proton mass as well
as many other nuclei.

His theory involves simple math and other ideas that or consistent with the
existence of neutrinos, anti matter and other common concepts of particle
physics. Nevertheless it is somewhat radical in its formulation of negative
mass and quantum time steps, although seemingly consistent with experimental
evidence.

Are Hatt's ideas "old hat" for any Vorts that see fit to read these two papers?

The predictions of magnetic moments may be very valuable in designing EM
stimulation of nuclei in a coherent system like is probably pertinent to LENR
dynamics and control. The orbital spin of nuclei I believe can be obtained from
the models he presents.

I plan to coordinate with him further. Who knows, maybe a paper providing a
basis for spin coupling in a coherent system will be developed to explain the
transfer of small quanta of energy without the problem of hard x-rays or
gammas. I think a qualitative model is already visualized.
