Nice video from Minnesota group associated with Frank Acland of E-Cat World.

There are probably more groups like this, forming all over the USA, some
under the radar, some not.

The "tipping point" is near, but probably not as close as we want to
believe. To be brutally honest - there are precious few scientifically
valid, fully replicated modern Ni-H experiment (since the 1990's) showing
thermal gain in excess of the 10 watts level -and running for hundreds of
hours, which improves on 22 years ago work done at Thermacore.

Most of the evidence, especially Lugano, has failed at the simplest of
measurement challenges (lack of a working thermocouple, incorrect
assumptions about emissivity, wet steam, etc.) or was low run-time,
marginally preformed or evasive - but mainly, did not run for extended
periods at high power. Of course, scientific evidence is always cumulative
-- and without Rossi and Parkhomov, the work of Thermacore would not be
worth a second look, BUT given all that we have learned, and the likelihood
that lithium works much better than potassium, it probably makes sense to go
back in time and improve on experiments in the thermal range of 250C instead
of 1200C.
