Let me know if you have difficulty displaying or printing this document. It was generated from a Microsoft Word document in landscape mode with the graphics added in .png format. Adding them in .tif did not work. If this does not display well, I might start with PowerPoint slides instead of a Word document.
The Word document comes out much smaller with graphic images added in .png. Apparently Word tries to preserve the original formatting. I have noticed that when you add several images in different formats, that can crash Word. - Jed
