The CEO of Uber, the ridesharing company, is reported to have expressed a
strong interest in the autonomous vehicles that Tesla is planning to put on
the market.  The implication for drivers, including Uber's, is clear.

The tree harvester is very efficient; I doubt that it would take too much
effort to further automate it, e.g., by making it remote-controlled and
semi-autonomous, attended by an operator that handles several of the
harvesters simultaneously.
