He does not take the time to understand the science behind his invention. That is my opinion that few here will agree with. I understand this; QM is not popular. The reverse engineering of the E-Cat will advance QM by a huge amount in science. But the fact that Rossi totally disregards QM as the cause of LENR will seal his fate.
