Yes, it seems reasonable. The problem is that all remaining cold fusion researchers in Japan are retired professors without academic affiliations so they would be excluded. Plus they do not have the secretarial help they would need to fill in something like this. If this had come 10 or 20 years ago there would have been applicants. It is too late. - Jed
