I mean that in this particular 10 minute segment of this video, Godes makes no effort to tie in the theory with his results. For example, at minute 9 there is a discussion of the Heisenberg confinement energy, and a simulation commission by Bruiloun to Pacific Northwest National Lab. The simulation reportedly supports Godes' theory. That is interesting, but if you wish to show that it supports the experimental results you have to say something like: "the theory predicts X and our experimental data confirms X." This presentation is titled: "Energy source for the post-carbon economy -- controlled electron capture reaction a clear path forward to the post-carbon economy." That is an assertion about engineering. The theory should be used to support that assertion. - Jed
