Only 42% of quantum physicists belong to the Copenhagen school . Geneste is trying to redo General Relativity...good luck on that. There is no chance that science will listen to him.
The "strange radiation" has been duplicate many times. It is real. There does not seem to be a connection between the Dark gravity ideas and LENR. It loos like he believes in to separate ideas and he tries in vain to connect them together. But I need to read that paper a few more times. The connection may be negative energy/matter but that connection is not well defined.
