I noted that the grain size and stimulation frequency were important 20 years ago. What I did next was multiply the grain size times the stimulation frequency. It got a velocity of 1,094,000 meters per second. This is the velocity of sound in the nucleus. The quantum condition and Planck's are dependent upon the velocity of sound in the nucleus. This has been well documented in my published papers and my books.
