Aaaany-time, but especially when she is angry. Mr. Google can translate Sengaku's remarks but the output is cryptic. I will translate them tomorrow. He is reporting some parts of Takahashi's report that make "a deep impression" on himself. Much of Takahashi's report is devoted to theory, which I do not understand so I skipped it. I read the rest this morning. Takahashi starts off with many complaints about the conference management, pointing out that they did not distribute a book of abstracts, the seating was on chairs only (with no tables available), the sessions did not start or end on time, etc. I agree with him. I complained about these same things. - Jed
