TiH2 used for hydrogen production. 2 to 2.5 COP noted later. It would be nice
to get more details. Maybe they are not using powder, but attribute the excess
heat to the nickel wire used?

The title at the beginning says "Calorimetric measurement of heat liberated by
the reaction of hydrogen on a nickel wire." So they do attribute this the
nickel wire. I do not see any mention of powder.

Who is the author?

On the face of it, the calorimetry looks okay to me.
