Not to be overly cynical. but this almost looks like a "planted" story
coming from the PR department of the Princeton/MIT fusion hegemony,
desperately hoping to inject a little red-fear, and thereby shame a few
extra billions out of Congress.  which is mainly to continue the techno-scam
and justify the obscene failures of the past. worse than anything Rossi
could have imagined. Despicable.

The reports coming out of China are embarrassing lacking in detail. It
appears they only used protium, so zero neutrons are expected.

I am curious as to the neutron count in the recent Chinese Tokamak test,
years ago a GenAtomics tok test produced some e16 neutrons in total for a
'shot' of ~1 second. Did the Chinese see e18 neutrons?
