Having said all that . . . I believe that Rossi took part in the first Levi experiment, which was pretty good. He deserves credit for that. He reportedly played no role in Lugano. Perhaps it would have been better if he had.
His work is sometimes sloppy, but I have seen worse. I guess that is damning with faint praise. - Jed
