Old vorts may remember the electrolytic cell experiment I posted here
in 1996 where the plates were separated by 10 meters. One point of
interest is that it shows the possibility of electrons being a
minority charge carrier in the electrolyte. Also, it mentions the
Faradaic rectification effect, which is a low voltage electrolytic
cell rectification effect. The scope photos were stop-action
retrieved from a video camera using an old Mac.
