The authors claim that the ozone is really a neutrino energy field which is harmed by to much electrical energies from electrical technologies, whereas magnetic technologies used instead of electrical may be more friendly to the neutrino ozone field and may repair it.  The technologies were given to us as a gift by the Creator.
