Comments from most fan-boys hiding behind screen names on the internet are
worth what you pay for them - nothing.

IH says they tried for 3 years to see excess heat and there was none. That
statement will have validity if it is shown in discovery that IH has hired
qualified PhD experts with real credentials. You do understand "discovery," I
hope. It is extremely helpful to separate out the wheat from the chaff and it
will expose the lies quickly.

Rossi's ERV appears from past work and reputation to be no more than a
glorified mechanic with no analytical skills and personal allegiance to Rossi.
Consequently, the only way to resolve the issue is turn the device over to
experts with real credentials - who are not connected to either party in the
Lawsuit.

The loser should pay for the testing. Thirty days 24/7 should be adequate. Why
would any sane scientist hide from that reality? It is fair and final.

Do you not want the truth to come out? 700 hours of testing - at COP of 6 - if
that is what it turns out to be, should please IH, even if it is less than a
year since they have seen NOTHING so far according to their statement and
unlike Rossi, they have a clean-slate history of fair dealing. A fully
independent test MUST be done.

There is really no other reasonable choice. It benefits everyone, including the
general public to have this fully resolved - and if Rossi thinks it will give
away something of value - then he should have put it into one of the 200
patents which he says he has filed. (another obvious lie)

Did you read the comments? Seems >90% thought the article was biased and wrong.

The point that the skeptics here are avoiding is the importance of the
ERV's report. Surely this is the most important piece of evidence yet
those who write it off have not even seen it. Beats me.
