Rossi claims that ERV (Penon) report is 100% positive with 50x energy so he wants IH to pay up so he files a lawsuit with documentation. IH issued a very short press release rejecting the claims. Jed Rothwell says that someone he trusts inside IH says that the ERV report is very flawed. The report is still unpublished.
