I KNOW the charged one should not be called guilty until after the trial. The question is, do you?

Rossi is suing IH, which are the ones to be assumed innocent until proven guilty under US law. By contrast, we have five years of Rossi's comments and behavior upon which to draw conclusions. This is hardly a snap judgment I've come to.
