Penon's own data show the flow rate was below that. Physical examination of the meter and pipe showed that the pipe was half full. Therefore, the meter did not work right. You might assemble 10,000 experts tied together, but you still cannot deny that means Rossi and Penon were wrong. This is not about who is an expert. It is about flow meters, and how they work, and how they fail. - Jed
