A brief comment regarding the Dufour et al article at:

I notice the Electron Induced Nuclear Reactions (EINR) model was dismissed (on page 4 top) on the basis of COE. However, COE in the form of signatures is the very issue at hand and thus not a valid reason to dismiss anything. No one seems to get the notion that if energy can be borrowed from the vacuum it can be returned. If tunneling electron catalyzed fusion occurs, the resulting nucleus has returned much of the energy to the vacuum.
