It is working at a fraction of capacity, assuming it has an ordinary automotive fan blowing through it. It looks like an automotive radiator to me, but other people think it may be some other kind of radiator. I think it is roughly the size of a radiator used in a large pickup truck, such as a GMC Sierra. That's 420 hp max (313 kW). I read somewhere that a radiator sheds roughly one-third of the heat from an engine. That would be ~100 kW. Earlier I estimated 50 kW. I really do not know what kind of radiator this is. I would appreciate it if someone who knows more about radiators than I do would comment. - Jed
