Joe Papp produced a film of his juel scredding a 5/8 inch stainless steal pipe and nobody believed him. Papp also got a patent supported by an independent third party test from a university and still nobody believes Papp, His engine killed two people and that engine under the rules of judicial evidence was torn apart by court order to find a bomb...and nothing...nothing was found inside that engine and still no one believed Papp...
