It is located along the line of return of the water. between the Plant of the Customer and the 1 MW E-Cat." That is item 6. You are saying it is located between items 2 and 3. That is before the JMP plant. Penon *specifically*, *clearly* says it is at point 6, between the "plant of the customer" and "the 1 MW E-Cat." That is also where Rossi's schematic shows it. What you say is *directly contradicted* by what Penon wrote. - Jed
