discharge is made with two krypton and xenon bulbs in series; that polar
discharge works better if the xenon first touches the solitary high voltage
terminal instead of the krypton. Much more then this is shown where one side
using the inefficient krypton first connection will wireless light the smaller
neons; but when done from the opposite terminal it fails to do this.
Unfortunately in this video my arm was in the way of viewing the wireless neon
action but at 9:35 it is visible with no effect contrasted to the same
connections from the opposite terminal at 9:42 This concurs with my initial
observation that one side of the high voltage source was more active then its
counterpart. This then could be critical information for design of high
frequency plant experiments where the weaker potential, if in fact it can be
found by the above shown method; that this lower voltage terminal should be the
one closest to the ground plane in placements of horizontal influence plates.
Somewhat interestingly the resonant C load value appears to be only 10 pf,
which is a very small value. Plate areas and volume for that requirement are
