Should have used a smiley. 8^) Since the oil is being wasted anyway, and the primary objective is money transfer, the oil should be produced locally from shale. To be really efficient at money transfer the ethanol should be used to produce the oil which is used to produce the ethanol ...
To be really efficient we could just write a check and avoid the pollution and soil loss. 8^)
