There was a gigantic water main break this morning. Schools, offices and
the CDC were closed. Buford Highway looked like a lake. It was closed to
traffic. We are going to have to boil drinking water for several days.

This is the problem with gigantic, centralized infrastructure. Especially
when it gets old, it becomes fragile and subject to catastrophic failure.
