People seldom use these indices, so it is largely a waste of time creating them. It does force me to look at the papers. When I generate the indexes, I also generate a text file of the Complete Bibliography here: http://lenr-canr.org/DetailOnly.htm It includes the abstracts from all of the papers on file. As I have added more and more files to this, it has become increasingly useful. You can do a search with the control-F function. For example, try looking for "sonoluminescence." You find 26 appearances of that word, mainly from Roger Stringham. The first two papers found do not include "sonoluminescence" in the title, so you might not find them easily. At one point I stopped generating this text file. Peter Hagelstein said he found it useful and he asked me to continue generating it. That was no trouble, so I did, and it was a good idea. The other way to find papers is to use the box found at the top of every screen: "This Google™ Custom Search finds files at LENR-CANR only." The search term "sonoluminescence" finds "about 34 results" including one advertisement for a science book on Amazon. . . . By the way, you can limit a Google search to any website with the search parameter "site:xxxx" for example: site:lenr-canr.org sonoluminescence Oddly enough, this returns "about 77 results." The first two are in reverse order compared to the "Custom Search." The third is a duplicate of the second. So I guess when you eliminate duplicates there are about 34 results. It is surprising that the same search produces different results. Google and other modern software has a mind of its own. Literally!
