This article you mention can serve as the jumping-off
point for a more thororugh (and less self-serving)
listing of the OU phenomena which are avialable at low
energy.... many of which may not involve fusion at all
- and some may involve fusion as a secondary
"balance-sheet" adjustment for supplying the energy
already removed by ZPE processes.

Alas... none of them have much more than anecdotal
